Employee information such as employee ID, name, department, position, and attendance records.
Device information required for application functionality and security.
Location information for attendance verification and operational purposes.
Camera images for attendance verification, face recognition, QR code scanning, barcode scanning, and document capture.
Face embeddings or biometric templates generated for identity verification and attendance purposes, where applicable.

The App only accesses this information when necessary to provide the requested feature.

2. Camera Permission

Our App requests access to your device camera solely to support core features, including but not limited to:

Capturing employee attendance photos.
Face verification or face recognition for attendance purposes.
Scanning QR codes or barcodes.
Capturing images for transactions, documentation, or operational activities.

The camera is only accessed when you actively use these features. The App does not access the camera in the background.

3. Location Permission

The App may request access to your device location to support features such as:

Attendance check-in and check-out verification.
Geofencing or workplace location validation.
Operational and field activity reporting.

Location data is only collected while using these features and is not continuously tracked in the background unless explicitly required by your organization and permitted by applicable laws.

4. Biometric Data and Face Recognition

If your organization enables face recognition features, the App may process facial images to generate biometric templates or face embeddings for identity verification and attendance purposes.

Facial images and biometric templates are used solely for authentication and attendance verification.
Biometric data is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
Biometric information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with organizational requirements and applicable laws.

Information collected by the App is used only for legitimate business purposes, including:

Employee attendance management.
Human resource management.
Identity verification.
Operational reporting.
Transaction processing.
Security and fraud prevention.
Improving application performance and reliability.

We do not use collected information for advertising or user tracking purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Information may be shared only:

With your employer or organization using the service.
With service providers necessary for operating the platform.
